The Manager of Landfill Operations (MOLO) Certification Course is scheduled for April 3 to April 5, 2023. The three-day course will be held at the Atlantic County Utilities Authority (ACUA) GEO Building in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey.
The MOLO Course provides professionals involved in the management of MSW landfills with the basic information to run a successful operation. This 3-day course consists of presentations by SWANA certified landfill instructor, classroom exercises, case studies, a half-day tour and field exercise at a local landfill.
The objectives of this course are to:
• Compile and present key portions of the general body of knowledge about operating and maintaining a landfill.
• Present information in an easy-to-understand format useful for hands-on practical use in the field.
• Present accepted practices and procedures for Landfill control practices.
