The Environmental Research & Education Foundation (EREF) presents the Emerging Topics in Landfill Management Summit on September 1. This full-day event, which allows attendees to attend in person in Columbus, Ohio, and virtually, features more than 20 academic and professional presenters. Some of the topics to be covered include: why waste slides occur and prevention and intervention strategies related to waste stability. The Summit also follows an Electrical Leak Location (ELL) Workshop on August 31 at the same location. To learn more about both events, click here.
