The SWANA Mid-Atlantic Chapter is offering the Managing Composting Programs training course on October 23-25, 2023, at the Prince George’s County Western Branch Composting Facility, 6601 SE Crain Highway, Upper Marlboro, MD 20772.
This 3-day course will provide students with an understanding of composting programs from planning through design and operation of modern compost facilities. The course consists of presentations by SWANA certified instructors, classroom exercises, case studies, a tour and field exercise at a local composting facility.
